Welcome to CrossFit Benchmark

CrossFit is a core strength & conditioning program that delivers a fitness that is by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Elements of track & field, gymnastics, weightlifting, and strongman are combined in short intense daily workouts to maximize results for any individual. CrossFit teaches functional movement patterns, or, movements that you find in real life -pushing, pulling, squatting, jumping, throwing, carrying, and sprinting.

  • WOD 4/23/14

    Press 3x3 @80% Sets across. Add 5lb to last weeks weight.

    WOD- 3 Rounds of As Many Reps as possible- Pull Ups, Push ups, KBS 53/35. Rest 3 min between Rounds.  Final score is total Pull Ups, Push Ups, and KBS indivdually.

    5x- 1 Power Snatch  + 1 OHS up to 80%.  Rest as needed.

    100 Double Unders, 100 Ab Mat Sit Ups.

  • WOD 4/21/14

    20 Rep Back Squat. Add 5-10lb to last weeks attempt. No Fail!

    WOD-Happy B-Day Kevin!  21-15-9 Thrusters 75/55, Burpees, Double Unders.

    Since Kevin had such a great time with the Thrusters and Burpees during 14.5, and allegedly ate his bodyweight in chicken and waffles this weekend, we figured we'd cap it of properly for him! Happy Birthday Buddy, come and get it!
