Welcome to CrossFit Benchmark

CrossFit is a core strength & conditioning program that delivers a fitness that is by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Elements of track & field, gymnastics, weightlifting, and strongman are combined in short intense daily workouts to maximize results for any individual. CrossFit teaches functional movement patterns, or, movements that you find in real life -pushing, pulling, squatting, jumping, throwing, carrying, and sprinting.

Workout Of The Day

  • WOD 4/19/14

    WOD-Constantly Varied, Functional Movements, Performed at High Intensity.  Either as a team or individual.

  • WOD 4/18/14

    Sumo Deadlift 3x3@80% Sets across.

    WOD-7x 7 Wall Ball, 7 Burpees, 7 TTB

  • WOD 4/16/14

    Press 3x3 @80% Sets across.

    WOD- 3x AMRAP

    Pull Ups, Push Ups, Air Squats, Run 400m. Rest between rounds as needed.

    Score Reps of Pull Ups, Push Ups, and Air Squats individually for each round.  Run should be 80-85% Effort.

    Saturday, May 26th, we will be hosting "The Murph Challenge".  Many of you are farmiliar with the WOD "Murph".

    This year we want to take participation of this WOD to the next level.  When you sign up online HERE, you will get you a MURPH t-shirt and  your donation goes to the LT Michael P. Murphy Memorial Scholarship Foundation. Check it all out on the wbsite.  We want as many people to participate as possible!

  • WOD 4/15/14

    5x2 Hang Snatch  75% of 1RM. If you can't catch in the squat, catch in power position and OHS.

    5x2 Hang Clean 75% of 1RM.  If you can't catch in the squat, catch in power position and Front Squat.

    Double Under practice with remaining time.

  • WOD 4/14/14

    20 Rep Back Squat. No Fail!


    10 ,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 KBS 70/53
    150m run between each set of swings.
